These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jililo platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and all interactions with jililo's services. Please read them in full before creating an account.

Access to and use of jililo's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing online casino gaming. jililo's services are intended for use by residents and persons physically located within the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm that you are not: (a) acting on behalf of another person or as an agent; (b) subject to any self-exclusion order from PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority; (c) a person whose account has previously been terminated by jililo for a breach of these Terms; or (d) a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jililo employee in a role with access to platform operations.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jililo account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
To register a jililo account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal information as required during the registration process. You must complete OTP verification via your registered mobile number. All information provided must be truthful, complete, and kept current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. jililo will never contact you requesting your password by any channel. You must notify jililo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jililo accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
jililo is required under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) legislation to verify the identity of its Players. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or equivalent), a selfie for liveness verification, and proof of address. Withdrawal functionality may be restricted for unverified accounts or accounts with pending KYC reviews.
An account that has had no login activity for 180 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. jililo will attempt to notify the registered mobile number before dormancy classification. Dormant account balances are preserved but withdrawal functionality may be temporarily restricted pending re-verification.
jililo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jililo does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your jililo account wallet section. These limits may differ by payment method and by account verification status. KYC-verified accounts have higher withdrawal limits than unverified accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit as an anti-money laundering safeguard. GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. jililo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger regulatory review thresholds.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a deposit transaction through your payment provider while funds remain in your jililo account constitutes a breach of these Terms. jililo reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any winnings credited from the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.
All slot games and RNG-based table games available on the jililo platform are certified by an independent third-party auditor for fairness and statistical integrity prior to publication. Live casino table games are conducted by trained dealers in a professionally operated studio environment. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical processes (card draws, dice shakes, roulette spins) performed on camera in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay that affects the integrity of a round's outcome, jililo reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings resulting from a verified technical error will not be paid. jililo's determination in this regard is final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.
In the event of a player disconnection during a live dealer round after a bet has been placed and accepted, the round will continue and the outcome will apply to the recorded bet. jililo's servers record bet placement independently of client-side connectivity. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during play.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jililo are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
jililo monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, exploiting promotion terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, and coordinated bonus exploitation with other accounts. jililo reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
While a bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement is active on your account, withdrawal of real-money balance may be restricted. You may decline or forfeit an active bonus via your account dashboard to restore unrestricted withdrawal functionality, subject to forfeiture of any bonus credit and associated winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililo platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
jililo is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. jililo's responsible gaming tools are built into the platform's core and are immediately effective upon activation. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
Any Player may request self-exclusion from jililo at any time by activating the self-exclusion option in their account settings or by contacting jililo support. A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for its stated duration. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, promotional communications will cease, and re-activation will be refused until the exclusion period has expired and a formal re-activation request with cooling-off confirmation is received. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the first 24 hours under any circumstances.

All content on the jililo platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, design elements, and user interface components — is the intellectual property of jililo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jililo platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the jililo platform without the express prior written consent of jililo.
The jililo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jililo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jililo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the jililo platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your jililo account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim. jililo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that losses are possible, and that jililo does not guarantee any outcome in any game. You participate in jililo's gaming services at your own risk and with your own freely available funds. jililo encourages all Players to set personal limits and to gamble only what they can afford to lose.
jililo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines: (a) a breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) a threat to the security of the platform or other Players; or (d) a regulatory or compliance obligation to do so.
Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, jililo may forfeit all balances, void pending bets, and permanently bar re-registration. Where an account is closed at your request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks, less any applicable processing fees.
You may request closure of your jililo account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any active bonus must be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance will be processed to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, subject to identity verification.
If you have a dispute with jililo, you must first contact jililo's customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and relevant evidence (transaction IDs, game round references, etc.). jililo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution or interim response within seven (7) business days.
If you are not satisfied with jililo's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player assistance and dispute resolution programme. PAGCOR's determination in regulatory matters is binding on jililo within the scope of its licensing authority.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process outlined above.
jililo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, bonus policies, fee structures, or gameplay rules — jililo will notify registered Players via SMS or email to their registered contact details no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Continued use of the jililo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using jililo and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 prior to the amendment's effective date.
