If you believe jililo has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) via its official channels, independent of any complaint filed with jililo directly.
jililo will respond to data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where jililo requires additional time to process a complex request, it will notify you within the initial 30-day period and provide an extended response timeline not exceeding a further thirty (30) days.
jililo's platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and older. jililo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. The minimum age requirement is enforced through OTP mobile verification, KYC identity checks, and age confirmation at registration. All of these measures are designed, in part, to prevent the collection of personal data from underage individuals.
If jililo becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, jililo will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data to the extent permitted by applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations, and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

By using jililo's platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the protections described above.
jililo reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent update.
